Conduct training in an impartial, objective, non-discriminatory, cost-effective manner that adds value for the attending delegates.


Ensuring that all trainings decisions are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the relevant standard.


In addition, we continually seek to improve the services we offer through acting upon the clients’ feedback, regular internal and external audits, reviews of audit reports, reviews of staff performance and management review meetings.


Encouraging any client/ delegates who feels dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided, to put their complaints or appeals in writing, so that our team that is independent of the complaints in question thoroughly investigate and respond promptly.


IBRATSA is fully committed to ensuring that it fully complies with all the requirements of any relevant standard and our certification body. In conducting its activities, IBRATSA fully understands the importance of ensuring that all training sessions are conducted in an impartial manner and no conflict of interest exists. To this end, checks have been introduced throughout the training processes to identify any potential conflicts of interest and manage them.
