This is a 5-day comprehensive training course designed to develop the competencies necessary to audit an entire Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 19011:2018 [SANS 19011:2019], ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 [SANS 17021-1:2019] and ISO/IEC 17021-3:2017 [SANS 17021-3:2019]. The final day is reserved for the Assessment of Learning. Learners will receive Certificates of Competency upon successful completion.
Prerequisite: Completion of the ISO 9001:2015 Understanding and Implementation course is required.
Recommendation: Prior completion of the Internal Auditor course is encouraged to reinforce audit principles, but it is not mandatory.
